Ordering & Same-Day Delivery

We proudly offer same-day delivery in Little River, North Myrtle Beach, Myrtle Beach, Longs, Conway, Socastee, Ocean Isle Beach, Shallotte, Calabash, Surfside Beach, and surrounding areas.
To ensure same-day delivery, please place your order as early as possible. Cutoff times vary by day and delivery zone (typically by noon for most residential and business addresses).
Delivery is hand-delivered by our local team for the highest care and quality.
Free local delivery is available on qualifying orders (delivery fees may apply for orders outside our standard local zone and will be calculated at checkout).

Delivery Times & Scheduling

Standard delivery windows: – Businesses: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM – Residences, hotels, and hospitals: until 6:00 PM
We make every effort to deliver at the requested time, but exact delivery times cannot be guaranteed due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.
For funerals, weddings, or time-sensitive events, please contact us directly so we can accommodate your needs.

Substitutions

Fresh flowers are seasonal and subject to availability. In the rare event that a specific flower or color is unavailable, our expert designers will create a substitution of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, color scheme, and quality of your arrangement. We will not substitute the container or vase unless absolutely necessary.

Cancellations & Changes

Orders can be canceled or modified if we are notified at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery time.
Same-day orders are difficult to cancel once processing has begun. Please call us immediately at (843) 390-0095 if you need to make a change.

Returns, Refunds & Satisfaction Guarantee

Because our products are perishable (fresh-cut flowers and live plants), all sales are final and we generally do not offer refunds or returns.

However, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely happy with the quality or appearance of your arrangement upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. We will do our best to make it right through a replacement arrangement or appropriate credit.

Refunds are not issued for change of mind, incorrect recipient information provided by the customer, or if the recipient refuses delivery.
